What Being a B Corp Means for Herbaland

Being a B Corp means that we balance purpose and profit, making decisions that benefit our customers, employees, and the planet. This certification isn’t just a badge—it holds us accountable to rigorous standards in areas like sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical sourcing.

For us, that means:

✅ Giving back – Last year, we donated nearly $200,000 worth of products to local charities, including Too Good To Go, Backpack Buddies, and Mamas for Mamas.

✅ Advocating for sustainability – We’ve planted over 700,000 trees to support reforestation and biodiversity, and have been actively working to improve recycling practices and reduce waste in Canada as an eco-friendly supplements brand, ever since our packaging update.

✅ Championing DEI & Women’s Empowerment – We actively support women-led businesses, advocate for fair opportunities, and celebrate inclusivity in all that we do (Happy International Women’s Month! 💜).

What Is B Corp Month?

Every March, B Corps around the world come together to celebrate B Corp Month, a time to highlight businesses that prioritize people and the planet. This B Corp Month 2025’s theme is Gen B—a movement that includes anyone who believes in better business, whether you’re a consumer, an entrepreneur, or an employee.

Gen B is about making more responsible choices, questioning corporate claims, and pushing for real transparency. It’s not just about buying from B Corps—it’s about supporting brands that genuinely care about sustainability, ethics, and community impact.
