Ready, Set, Goal 🎯

Did you know that people have been setting New Year’s resolutions for over 4,000 years?! That’s a whole lot of dreaming, planning, and goal-setting! In this post, we’re sharing our team’s 2025 resolutions and sprinkling in some tips and tricks to help you crush your goals this year. Ready? Let’s dive in!

Team New Year's Resolutions

Looking for some inspiration? We’ve got you covered! Here’s a sneak peek into the goals our team is setting for 2025. (And yes, by putting them in this blog, we’re holding ourselves accountable!)

Samar’s New Year’s Resolution: Hit the gym at least three times a week.

Isabel’s New Year’s Resolution: Create a vision board to set personal and professional goals.

Get daily movement and prioritize sleep—even with a little one in tow! (P.S. I’m obsessed with my Garmin watch. It’s like having a mini health coach on my wrist, tracking stress, heart rate, and sleep scores.)

Maria’s New Year’s Resolution: Read more books—minimum of three.

Josh’s, Tolik’s, and Cynthia’s New Year’s Resolution: Focus on healthier habits.

Diana’s New Year’s Resolution: Be more flexible.

Brucce’s New Year’s Resolutions:

  • Try a new restaurant every month.

  • Travel more.

  • Learn something new (hello, dragon boating!).

  • Limit social media time to three hours a day (wish me luck!).

Tips & Tricks for Crushing Your Goals

Here are our top tips to make 2025 the year you slay your resolutions:

1. Vision Board Magic

Get your vision board game on! If you can't tell, Isabel is the one who is writing this blog post. All you need is a poster or board, some magazines, scissors, and glue. You can keep it simple or go full Pinterest-worthy with glitter and stickers. Here’s a pro tip: make it a fun night! Grab your friends, your partner, or even the kids, and craft your heart out.

2. Accountability is Key

At Herbaland, we’re sharing our resolutions to keep us motivated. You can keep yourself accountable by writing down your goals, creating a vision board, or checking in with friends or family. Find what works for you and stick to it!

3. Set Realistic Goals

Be kind to yourself. Start with small, achievable goals and build from there. If a year-long resolution feels overwhelming, break it into monthly or weekly goals. Remember, slow progress is still progress. Celebrate every win, big or small!

Final Thoughts

Whatever your 2025 goals may be, make them fun, make them meaningful, and make them yours. We’re rooting for you every step of the way. Now, go out there and make this year your best one yet!
